By accessing and using Totel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this application.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Totel application on devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Totel may offer in-app purchases for premium features or to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
Ad-supported versions of Totel display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or the practices of advertisers. Your interaction with advertisements is governed by the advertiser's terms and privacy policies.
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Togba Liberty and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the app.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TOGBA LIBERTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Togba Liberty from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
